Each of the 6 serrated knives has its individual slot.The London Steak Knife Set is David Mellor's most recent cutlery, which shows his characteristic mastery of form. This superb new cutlery is beautifully sculpted, its subtleties accentuated by the silky matt finish and distinctive off-set maker's mark. The weight in the hand is precisely judged. Also available is the Provenal Steak Knife Set which is exceptionally pleasant and practical to use. The knife blades are top grade stainless steel with a high carbon content, ensuring a sharp cutting edge. The handles are acetal resin with brass rivets.
